Reading your bill without surprises
A Don Rayo bill fits on one page and can be understood without help. Even so, here is every item explained in plain words.
The header
At the top you have the billing period and the date the charge goes through. We send your invoice on the 15th of each month, and the direct debit reaches your bank around the 22nd, IGIC included.
The detail lines
- Fibre charge: the full month for the speed you have.
- One row per mobile line, with its data.
- TV: the main package and any add-ons you have.
- Promotion applied: shown as a negative amount, with the months it has left.
If something does not add up
THE FIRST BILL
It carries the odd days from activation to the end of the month, plus the following full month. That is why it is the only different one.
Write to us with the invoice number. We review it with the bill in front of us and, if the mistake is ours, it is credited on the next one. No arguing.
