What we receive from Meta
When you deal with Don Rayo on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, Meta passes us:
- The messages you send to our Page or account, and anything you attach to them.
- Your profile name (on Instagram, your name or, if you have none, your username) as Meta shares it with us, and the identifier Meta uses for you towards our Page or account.
- Your answers to our contact forms on Facebook or Instagram.
How to ask us to erase it
Write to hola@donrayo.es with the subject "Eliminar mis datos de Meta", saying which profile or account you contacted us from.
You can also ask, as for any other right, the way our privacy policy explains under "Your rights".
We will answer within one month (Article 12(3) GDPR).
What we keep, and why
We will erase what we have received from Meta except what a law obliges us to keep. Which data that is, for how long and why, our privacy policy explains under "How long we keep it".
