IGIC included in every number, and the minimum term said to your face, plan by plan. And if you want to mix the pieces, the builder does the sum in front of you.

Symmetric for real, with a WiFi 6 router, on every plan. Standard installation, by our own engineer, is free; if yours needs more, we tell you first and agree it with you. If you cancel your fibre before your minimum term ends, the installation is charged.

Prices with IGIC included and no odd asterisks. The speeds are the maximums; the one that reaches your house depends on your installation. TV adds no months to your minimum term: you cancel it or change pack whenever you like.
Bank charges for a returned direct debit (only when the return is the customer's doing): 4,00 € + IGIC (4,28 €) per receipt.
If you cancel before the minimum term is up, the installation charge is billed: a fixed amount, the same for everyone, with nothing pro-rated. It is written into the terms of the offers, not into a footnote.
