• Don Rayo sells electronic communications services provided by an operator entered in the CNMC’s register of operators. Don Rayo handles their sale, billing, collection and first-level customer support. That operator is identified in the General Terms and Conditions and in your contract.

This site presents Don Rayo fibre, mobile and television services in the Canary Islands, publishes news and job openings, and lets you leave your contact details so we can call you. It is not itself a sales channel: contracts are signed through the means stated in each offer.

Access is free and open. If you use the site you agree to do so lawfully, not to submit other people’s details without their permission, and not to use the forms to send unlawful or unsolicited promotional content.

We may withdraw access from anyone whose use harms the site or other people’s rights.

The content of this website — including, among other things, its text, designs, graphic elements, interfaces, photographs, images, videos, audiovisual files, logos, icons, software, code and any other element owned by Solbizz Canarias S.L.U. — is protected by the law on intellectual and industrial property.

Using this website does not transfer to you any intellectual or industrial property right in that content.

Unless Solbizz Canarias S.L.U. has expressly authorised it, or the law allows it, you may not reproduce, distribute, communicate publicly, transform, modify, extract, reuse or otherwise exploit the protected content.

Trade marks, trade names, logos, images, software, typefaces, content and any other element belonging to third parties that may appear on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used under the corresponding authorisations, licences or rights of use.

We try to keep what is published here accurate and current. The actual terms of each service — prices, speeds, minimum term and taxes — are those of the contract and of the offer in force when you sign, and they prevail over any summary published here.

We are not liable for interruptions outside our control, nor for the content of third-party sites we may link to.

If that month passes without an answer from us, or if our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Oficina de Atención al Usuario de Telecomunicaciones, the Spanish telecommunications users’ office of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service. You have three months to do so, counted from our answer or from the end of the month we had to give it. The complaint is filed at usuariosteleco.digital.gob.es or through the government’s general electronic registry, or in person or by post at any government registry office. Keep the reference number we gave you: it shows that you complained to us first. Individuals, including the self-employed, and micro-enterprises can use this route, and the office has six months to decide.

The European online dispute resolution platform is deliberately not mentioned here: it ceased operating in July 2025, and linking to it would point you at a service that no longer exists.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts designated by Spanish consumer protection rules.
