02

What we hold, and where it comes from

We only hold what you give us and what your browser sends by the fact of visiting. We buy no lists and obtain nothing about you from third parties.

  • From the contact form: your first name, whether you prefer WhatsApp or e-mail, the number or address that goes with it, and the language you would like us to speak.
  • From the coverage checker, once it is available: the address you type (the street, the number and, if you pick one, the floor or the door) and the answer we show you.
  • From the job forms: your application, and — if you create an account — your e-mail address and an encrypted password.
  • From the visit itself: which campaign or link brought you here, kept on your device so we never have to ask you.
  • From analytics, only if you allow it: page views and aggregate usage. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

We do not process special categories of data (health, beliefs, origin and the like), and we ask you not to put any in free-text fields.

04

How long we keep it

Technical server and security logs are kept for at most twelve months.

The contact details you leave us are kept for as long as we have a relationship with you and afterwards for the limitation periods of the legal obligations that apply to us; once those periods have passed they are deleted.

Job applications are kept for as long as the selection process lasts and, if you agree to it, for future openings; you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Analytics data is kept in line with the consent you gave, and stops being collected the moment you withdraw it. Your cookie choice itself is kept for as long as the version of this policy you answered remains current.

05

Who else sees it

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We do use suppliers who process them on our behalf and only to provide us with their service:

  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. — e-mail and document storage (Microsoft 365).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — protection and delivery of this website. Every visit to this site passes through it. On the forms, its check against automated submissions (Turnstile) also receives your IP address and technical details of your browser.
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, and only if you allow analytics.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union) — the server this website runs on, together with the management system that receives what you send us.
  • Contabo GmbH (a German company) — the intermediate server every visit passes through, between Cloudflare and our server. That server is in the United Kingdom.
  • WhatsApp messaging, only when you choose that channel: your number and the content of the conversation are handled on that platform, and in the gateway our management system uses to send and receive those messages, so that we can answer you.
  • 1600 Holdings LLC (Firma.dev; servers in Paris, European Union) — the provider for the electronic signature of contracts and mandates: when you sign a contract or a SEPA mandate with us, it receives the document you sign and the contact details we send it to you with, and keeps the record of the signature. It is a US company: that transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • The fibre network operator, once the coverage checker is available: it receives the address you type, so that it can tell us whether that address is covered.
  • Stripe — the payment gateway of the links for paying an invoice: it receives the amount and the invoice number, and it is what handles the card or Bizum details you type.

In addition, the following receive some of your data, as independent controllers and only for the purpose stated:

  • Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A., S.M.E. — when you send back equipment (the router, the ONT or the set-top box) with a Correos code: it receives the parcel and the details of that return at its post office.

We will also disclose your details to public authorities and courts where a law requires it.

06

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

This website and our management system are hosted in Germany, inside the European Union. Before reaching them, every visit passes through Contabo’s intermediate server in the United Kingdom, a country for which the European Commission holds an adequacy decision: that international transfer is covered by it.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Other suppliers are European subsidiaries of United States groups and may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where the supplier is certified, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework: Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under that Framework.

Write to hola@donrayo.es if you would like to know which safeguard covers a particular supplier.

07

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted or objected to, and for portability. Write to hola@donrayo.es or to the postal address above, saying which right you are exercising. We will answer within one month.

If you want us to erase what we have received from you through Facebook, Instagram or Messenger, "Data deletion" explains how to ask.

Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what came before. For analytics, the "Preferences" button in the footer is enough.

If you think we have handled it badly you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid — www.aepd.es). We would be grateful if you told us first, so we can try to put it right.

08

Children

Under article 7 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), anyone aged fourteen or over may give their own consent. Below that age, consent must come from a parent or guardian.

Signing up for a telecommunications service requires legal capacity to contract in any case, which means being of full age.

09

Security

The site is always served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel over an internal channel and are not stored on the web server. Passwords, where they exist, are stored encrypted and never in the clear.

10

Changes to this policy

If we change something that matters we will publish the new version here with its date, and where it affects what you consented to, we will ask you again.
